Hi! Welcome to my short stories blog. My name is Alexandra Fraley, but most just call me Alex. I have been writing for a long time, but have yet to make a living as a writer. I use this blog as a way to get my creative juices flowing.

I personally prefer writing novels and more long-winded fiction, so this site will be a challenge for me. I am open to suggestions, so feel free to shoot me an idea. I try to focus on sci fi and fantasy, although sometimes my shorts are more genre absent than not.

A little about my personal life — I am a former chef, and the mother to one amazing little boy. I help my husband run his business on the side, and try to be an all-around superwoman. I still love to cook, and create recipes, but I am trying to focus on my writing and my family at the moment.
